Partnership with Government
Strategic locations in high density areas such as motor parks, markets, commuter areas are allocated to Metamorphosis by Government to construct public convenience facilities. The landed area provided is their contribution to the public-private partnership.
Partnership with private sector organizations and donor agencies
The financial cost of constructing public convenience facilities and carrying out development communication strategies to bring about behavior change is borne by the private organization and donor agency solely or jointly.
Community Participation
Metamorphosis works with stakeholders living or working in the target areas by involving them in the project planning and implementation. This is done through stakeholder meetings and training sessions. This kind of collaboration ensures their involvement and brings a sense of ownership to the project.
